Air Travel

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own travel. The Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away from the Tudor Arms Hotel. Please plan your flights accordingly.

Ground Transportation

We recommend a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft, a local shuttle service, or public transportation. Public Transportation options from the airport include Cleveland RTA and Shuttles and Ride Share Services.

In order to facilitate carpooling, we will share the list of arrival and departure flights closer to the retreat date, but ask that you coordinate amongst yourselves to share rides.

If you live locally and will be driving to the venue, please note that on-site parking is free but on a first-come, first-serve basis.

COVID-19

Our goal is to provide a safe and intimate space for gathering during the ongoing pandemic. We expect all participants to be vaccinated and to take a rapid antigen COVID-19 test 24 hours prior to the convening start time. This allows everyone to relax and feel so that we can do our best working together. Masks will not be required, but are welcome. While we will miss you, please do not attend if you become sick before or during the forum.
